If you are unsatisfied with the PRISMA Method course for any reason, Greg Wieting, Inc will issue a refund within 30 days after purchasing. Refund requests should be submitted to hello@prismamethod.com. After 30 days, Greg Wieting, Inc will no longer issue you a refund.License for purchases. If you purchase digital products or courses on Greg Wieting, Inc, you are granted one revocable, worldwide, non-exclusive license to the product(s) purchased. You are not to give or sell any products you bought to anyone. If you violate this license, you will be charged for the licenses you have given or sold to others and access to the product will be revoked.
Intellectual property. Greg Wieting, Inc is the sole and exclusive owner of all trademarks and content on this website, including all information, documents, photographs, graphics, and other materials available through this website and all services operated by Greg Wieting, Inc through this website. 13. Termination. Greg Wieting, Inc may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
14. Jurisdiction. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with United States federal law and the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any dispute arising out of or related to the information contained herein is subject to adjudication in the state of Delaware, USA. 15. Waiver. The failure of Website or Website Owner to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.
